Accredited Products
The West Coast Labs Accreditation testing service is designed to provide an industry leading total-product evaluation system. Each tested product may be tested against four Product Validation Levels (PVL), for which they're awarded a grade from A-AAA. Product Validated Level (PVL) 1 is the base test and covers the ownership lifecycle stages from purchase through to removal.
The tested solution may increase its Product Validated Level by adding one or more of the Expanded Feature Tests outline below:

Product Performance - a technical evaluation of the core functionality with tests covering an array of scenarios applicable to the technology and providing a more exhaustive review of its capability.

Vendor Claims - an evaluation programme to verify claims made by vendors of their solution. These may include the presence and functionality of specific features or other such unique selling points.

Support Provision is designed to verify the Technical and Customer Support services provided to the user. This includes support availability, response time and accuracy, and resolution capability.
