Anti-Spam

For a product to be accredited to the Checkmark Anti-Spam certification, the product must ensure effective spam detection in a test environment that replicates everyday email usage by testing on live email feeds. The certification applies to software solutions, appliance-based solutions, and hosted services.

Two levels of Checkmark Anti-Spam Certification may be achieved: Checkmark PREMIUM Certification is awarded when a product or service achieves at least a 97% spam catch rate. Checkmark STANDARD Certification is awarded when a product or service achieves at least a 90% spam catch rate.
